The Brownwood Art Association is hosting its annual Chili Supper and Art Sale fundraiser on Thursday, December 7th. The event will take place at the Art Center, located at 215 Fisk Avenue in downtown Brownwood. Guests can preview the artwork during the First Thursday reception from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The fundraiser will feature an array of original paintings, digital art, and photographs created by members of the association, making it a perfect opportunity to purchase unique gifts for the holiday season.
The chili luncheon is scheduled for Friday, December 8th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tickets are available for $5 and include homemade chili with fixings, cornbread, dessert, and a drink. Both dine-in and to-go options will be available. The sale will feature affordable, original art pieces, with 5″x7″ artworks priced at $25 and 8″x10″ pieces at $45.
This fundraiser supports the association’s efforts to provide more classes, artist demonstrations, and community services. It’s a great way to enjoy local culture and support the arts.
